    Browse our Catalog

    On our Catalog page you can search for your desired lamp. We have some of our lamps in stock, some of them have a longer delivery date. On each product fiche you will find more information about shipping time.

    Add items to your cart

    When you have found your desired items, you can put these in your cart. You can review this cart at any given moment by clicking in the top right corner on the cart icon. When you have reviewed your order you can go to the checkout page.

    Checkout and pay your items

    On our Checkout page you need to fill in all your details for the delivery and choose your preferred method of payment. Inside Belgium you can choose to deliver your item to an address, a Bpost collection point or to come and pick it up at our showroom in Braine l'Alleud. Outside Belgium we can deliver the package to your home or work address.
    For the payment handling we work with Mollie. They provide us a secure and fast payment service. You can choose between Creditcard, Bancontact/Mistercash, iDEAL, SOFORT, Paypal and bank wiretransfer as payment methods.

    We proces your order

    When you have placed your order we instantly start to work on the handling of it. Depending on the lamp you have chosen, we will send the lamp right away or we order it to the manufacturer. We try to make this process go as fast as possible.

    Receive shipment notification & tracking code

    When your order is ready to be shipped you will get a email notification. We also try to include a track & trace link code so you can follow your package.

    Item is delivered to you

    Now you can enjoy your nice new design lighting! If you are happy with your new lamp you can share the result on our Facebook page, Twitter or on our Instagram with the hashtag #lamptwist.
    If you are not so pleased with your new lamp, or there is something wrong, no problem. Contact us and we will try to help you as soon as possible.
