ArtemideTizio 35 Table Lamp was designed by Richard Sapper for the Italian lighting manufacturer Artemide. Artemide has a 3-word design philosophy, "the human light," that has guided them since their 1960 start in Milan, Italy. Artemide lighting has been able to broadly innovate with high tech materials, organic forms and advanced LED technology.
ArtemideTizio 35 Table Lamp is a design classic, with the first version released in 1972. It provides orientable halogen task lighting, and its elegant counterweight and arm system keep the head constantly parallel to the table. The Tizio 35 Table Lamp from Artemide is twenty percent smaller than the Classic Tizio and uses 35 watts rather than 50. The Tizio 35 Table Lamp features a fully adjustable, balanced, electrical conductor arm with a die-cast adjustable aluminum head. This desk lamp can be twisted and turned any way you wish, directing and redirecting its direct lighting anytime towards anywhere needed. Lamp body and arms can be adjusted in every direction.
ArtemideTizio 35 Table Lamp has a protective glass lens, chromed steel spacer bars, red molded thermoplastic insulators, and zinc alloy counterweights. The head features a high efficiency reflect with a UV bulb protective glass lens. The 360-degree rotatable base incorporates a low voltage transformer and two-intensity on/off switch. It has a black finish.
