Ingo Maurer Lucellino Doppio LED Ceiling Lamp was designed for the Ingo Maurer label. Ingo Maurer once more takes up one of his all-time favourite design elements, i.e. the winged bulb - the Lucellino marked the beginning of this trend back in 1992.
The Ingo Maurer Lucellino Doppio LED has two light arms. Each lamp arm is equipped with an LED illuminant with a power of 1.5 watts. In addition to this LED lamp, a halogen version with special halogen lamps is also available. On the sockets of the LED bulbs are attached wings made of real goose feathers, which make this lamp something very special. Goose feathers are the trademark of the popular Ingo Maurer Lucellino collection. The name of the lamp is a mixture of "Luce", which means "light" in Italian, and "Uccellini", which means "little bird" in Italian. This lamp can be mounted on the ceiling or the wall. The transformer is integrated into the wall/ceiling mounting. On-site dimming is possible. It is not suitable for rooms with high humidity.
The light sockets seem to dangle precariously from brass cabling attached to a circular plastic ceiling mount. However, strength is built into this quality item, which resembles a pair of hovering angels. The goose feathers that support either bulb act as reflectors for the light that shines from them, and they are free from either trimming or ornament. The appliance has a dimension of 51 x 15 cm, and the two 12V LED E27/1.5W bulbs to have an energy efficiency grade of A++ (but bulbs to grade E can be used). The lamp will be a talking point in any interior.
