Burojet has designed a new family of lamps for the Spanish lighting manufacturer: LZF. Named Stitches, the collection has four models: Mopti, Tombuctú, Djenné, and Bamako. Made out of wood veneer, its style and its shape won’t miss the chance to surprise your guests.
Each lamp of this series is named after a town or city in Mali, as their shapes are reminiscent to the adobe mosques found across the West African Nation. LZF’s Stitches lamps are ecological, sustainable and aesthetic at the same time. They are made out of wood coming from certified forests, recognised by the FSC council.
The light bulb is not included, but you can choose between the two following specifications: CFL Globe 1 x 23 W max. or LED Globe DIM 1 x 14 W max. The electrical cable is transparent, with a length of 2 meters.
Crafted with passion and precision, Mopti, Tombuctú, Djenné and Bamako hint at the simple beauty found in Malian embroidery. Twice awarded - the Chicago Good Design 2017 and the Germany Design award winner 2018, this masterpiece should be placed in any interior that requires a piece of furniture with character.
