Dick Bruna, an artist originating from Holland, would share tales with his one year old son about a small rabbit he had encountered whilst on vacation in a village closely situated to the North Sea. Following these stories, Miffy (otherwise known as ‘nijntje' in Dutch) was created. Needless to say, everyone who meets Miffy falls in love with Miffy. Whether or not you are aware of this adorable, yet unorthodox, persona appearing in some of the top Dutch children’s book series, you still have the ability to welcome her into your house in order to illuminate your life and interior space.
Endearing and peaceful, the Miffy lights operate to provide illumination during the evening for both children and adults. This delightful lamp emits a gentle, warm light, which provides the perfect atmosphere for bedtime stories or even as a decorative addition to a contemporary living space. The Miffy lamp is available in two sizes, namely small and large. The small variation’s dimensions are as follows: width 25 cm, length 25 cm, and height 50 cm. It is provided with a dimmable LED light and weighs 2 kg. The large variation’s dimensions are as follows: width 40 cm, length 40 cm, and height 80 cm. It is provided with a dimmable LED light and weighs 5 kg. Both lamps are made out of white Polyethylene.
