The Guidelight, by Floris Schoonderbeek a designer, entrepreneur and concept developer, is just one of his innovative designs, built on practicality and honed by his love of camping. The Guidelight has been deemed as a flashlight, a work light and an outlet for ambient lighting, all in one.
This lamp, available in green and red, can set the mood in any setting but can also be a practical usage of light emission that is both productive and stylish.
The lamp works with just a twist of its head. Because of its dimmable LED lightt feature, you can set the mood in a more subtle ambient light or you can use the flashlight capabilities for work or play. Since the lamp is mobile, lightweight at 500 grams, wireless and has a lifetime of 50,000 hours, it gives you the opportunity to truly move as much as you do. The lamp is charged from a USB port and can give up to 10 hours of highest intensity lighting and 150 hours when it is set to the lowest intensity.
The lamp can be hung, placed or taken along with you, wherever your journey may take you. Whether you are camping or just moving about in your home or workshop, the Guidelight is perfect company, providing you with the light you need to get around. The lamp is also splash proof and made of powder coated steel, which gives you the confidence to take it outdoors with you, into the wildest of situations.
The creator, Floris said this about his Guidelight: “For me, a mobile lamp means that you can really go into the forest and look for adventure. And you want to turn your destination into a nice social spot with ambient lighting all around. The Guidelight combines these two functions; it is your best buddy for exciting adventures and romantic moments.”
Weltevree was developed by Floris Schoonderbeek and Dick van Hoff, who had a desire to not only take the intensely creative products to the streets, but also to make them available for the entire world to purchase and enjoy.
