It was among the very first domestic lamps to embrace this innovative light source, and its architecture of base, chromium-plated stem and adjustable reflector still embodies Colombo's pursuit of clean form and technological function. Part of a wider family that includes floor and wall versions, the Colombo lamp remains, more than fifty years on, one of the best-selling designs in the Oluce catalogue.

To celebrate its fiftieth anniversary, the Colombo family has been reimagined in a contemporary LED dimmer version, pairing historic design with modern performance. This ceiling lamp delivers both direct and indirect light, thanks to an adjustable reflector crafted in lacquered aluminium, mounted on a chromium-plated metal stem with a lacquered ceiling fixing. The light source is a dedicated LED unit, 1 x max 24W, with a warm 2700K colour temperature, a luminous flux of 3300 lm and a CRI greater than 85, ensuring faithful, high-quality illumination for any interior setting.

The Colombo Ceiling Lamp is available in Black, with a lacquered black finish and chromium-plated stem; Anodic Bronze, pairing a bronze body with a chromium-plated stem; and Scarlet Red, featuring a vivid red finish with a black stem.
