The Bagobo Original pendant lights are entirely handmade from natural materials, the porcelain white paper provides an atmospheric light diffusion, while the bamboo structure adds a beautiful decorative element.

Ethnic, natural and sustainable lighting Ay Illuminate's Bagobo pendant lamps are produced in the Philippines by tribes scattered along the desolate east coast of the Gulf of Davao. Centuries ago, people from outside the area came to live there and mixed with the indigenous people, together forming the Bagobo community. This name is a blending of the words bago, meaning new, and obo meaning growth
