They are made by craftsmen in a small shop outside of Torino, Italy from sustainable and renewable Italian poplar.\u003cbr\u003eThese come in three colors:\u003cbr\u003e- Natural Wood - This is completely unfinished and can be painted or stained.\u003cbr\u003e- Black\u003cbr\u003e- White\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese wooden canopies are made so that the cable goes into the canopy and is held in place inside the canopy by a rope locking system.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese wooden ceiling canopies should be matched with the XL wooden socket kit. (All of our rope cables each have a matching size ceiling canopy and socket kit that must be used with the corresponding rope size.)\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThese canopies are 4.72 inches in diameter and will fill over a standard junction box. However, depending on the layout of your junction box, you may need to separately purchase a universal crossbar mount to attach to the included crossbar. These may also be mounted directly to any flat surface.
