Designed by Copenhagen-based Kasper Friis Egelund, the set is available in White and Black.

The design draws its inspiration from the many arches of Classicism and Neoclassicism, and is especially influenced by the Palazzo della Civiltà Italiana in Rome. The three arched forms are scaled down gradually following the golden ratio, which creates additional depth and opens up interesting vistas through the objects when they are placed together.

Flexibility is at the heart of the concept. Arkis can be displayed as three individual pieces, scattered across a shelf, sideboard or desk, or arranged as one joined composition. Used as bookends, the solid marble construction adds a refined architectural touch to bookcases and shelving, while on a console or coffee table the set stands on its own as a quiet decorative statement.

Specifications: The set consists of three sizes, all made of marble.
