First created in 1974 as an evolution of the Erasmo sofa, the Elogio system introduced a pioneering approach to modular living, allowing sofas to be configured in shapes and scales suited to any interior. Revisited by Scarpa with GUBI five decades later, this edition refines the original geometry while enhancing comfort, resulting in a design that feels both iconic and contemporary.

This armrest module features a side panel and is fully upholstered, forming part of the wider Elogio system that also includes an armless center module. Together, these elements can be combined into linear setups, corner compositions, chaise longues, or more experimental arrangements, making the collection adaptable to compact apartments, expansive open-plan homes, and hospitality environments alike. The module's interchangeable cushions can be reoriented to suit different needs, adding a practical and tactile flexibility to the design.

The armrest module is available in a left or right side orientation, allowing it to be positioned according to the desired configuration. Upholstery choices include GUBI's own Reales and Fustagno fabrics, alongside the GUBI (003) and GUBI (001) options, each contributing its own tactile and visual character to the finished silhouette.

Rooted in the material curiosity and rigorous design language of Tobia Scarpa, one of the most influential figures in postmodern Italian design, the Elogio Armrest Module offers a considered, versatile foundation for building a personalised seating composition.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0659/2646/3734/files/10141256_F3Q_Elogio-Left-Armrest-Module_GUBI_2C-Fustagno-001.jpg?v=1790770785
