Marcello Minale
Marcello Minale was one of the great figures of Italian design and branding. From Milan in the late 1960s he shaped the identities of some of Italy's biggest fashion houses and, alongside Achille Castiglioni, designed furniture for Zanotta that is now held in the collection of the V&A museum. He left behind a box of sketchbooks full of lamps, chairs and mirrors that were never built. Since 2025 his son Massimo Minale, founder of Buster + Punch, re-engineers those drawings under the MINALE name: his father's line, realised through the son's craft.
