Carpyen is a Spanish company considered a pioneer in the lighting design sector and, since its foundation, has always remained faithful to values such as quality, craftsmanship, creativity and innovation, so much so that over the years it has become a reference in the sector.
The three founders Antonio Carpintero, Encarnación Celdrán and Roberto Carpintero give a concrete meaning to the name Carpyen: a brand that, over the years, has strengthened as each collection is seen as a new challenge to undertake, a new solution to propose and new products for show that there is still the enthusiasm and energy of the first day.
The company is based in Barcelona, was born and grew up here where it continues to produce all its products; these are the inspiration from a lively, original, cosmopolitan city, with a turquoise blue horizon and a thousand corners to discover and stories to tell. The brand is proud to show the world that Carpyen “Made in Barcelona” has a strong, infinite, and inexhaustible meaning.
The born of Carpyen Easy Light
In 2018, the Carpyen manufacture direction has changed, a new impulse has been printed and new ideas are now expressed. In 2020, Carpyen launches Carpeyn Easy Light, a collection of lamps with a responsible design, at an affordable price, without depart from the elegance that has made Carpyen an international reference since 1948.
Craftsmanship excellence and natural material define the new collection of suspension lamps, designed and manufactured in the workshop in the heart of Barcelona. The passion of the Carpyen team combined with technical know-how contributes to uncompromising high quality and local production. The collection thus incorporates an environmental approach: ecological awareness and reduced carbon footprint. At the core of Carpyen's vision, for over 70 years, the responsible design invites itself in the homes at a reasonable cost.
