Rubén Saldaña
Rubén Saldaña is a skilled designer with a background in Engineering from Jaume I University of Castellon and a degree in Technical Engineering in Industrial Design from Elisava of Barcelona. He also holds a Master's in Management of Industrial Design from ICT-Centre CIM-UPC, where he earned the ADI-FAD medal and placed third in the Dupont Imagineering competition. In 2004, he founded Diba Product Solutions, specializing in product design and engineering. Saldaña collaborates with prominent brands and combines his professional work with teaching in the Master of Design and Product Development program at Elisava.

Rubén Saldaña is a multifaceted designer with a robust academic and professional background. He studied Engineering at Jaume I University of Castellon and graduated from Elisava of Barcelona with a degree in Technical Engineering in Industrial Design. Furthering his expertise, he earned a Master's in Management of Industrial Design from the ICT-Centre CIM-UPC, where he was honored with the ADI-FAD medal for his "Land Sailing" project. The same year, he achieved third place in the Dupont Imagineering competition for his innovative "Free" project.
In 2004, Saldaña founded Diba Product Solutions, a company dedicated to product design and engineering. At Diba, he collaborates closely with designers, studios, and publishing houses to develop cutting-edge products for notable brands such as PHB, Royal, Praesentis, Magix, Rocal, Vilagrasa, Marset, Pom d'Or, DAE, Cactusdesign, Eddadesign, and Altrodesign. Alongside his professional endeavors, Saldaña is also committed to academia, teaching in the Master of Design and Product Development program at Elisava, where he continues to influence and inspire the next generation of designers.
